I've only ever used 1pw, but bitwarden is less expensive and seems to be beloved and wildly popular. As long as I have my secret key and master password, I can access my data, and I don't have to be using a specific OS or install a specific browser. Plus 1pw is 100% cross platform and doesn't require me to install any software. There's no way to organize logins, use tags, save stuff like secure notes and QR codes and things like that. Those systems feel primitive (for lack of a better word) compared to 1password. It doesn't have to be 1password, but I can't go back to letting Chrome or iCloud or whatever manage my passwords. An actual, dedicated password management app is a necessity for me.
